Transition Bookstore: Your smart, fast, and practical choice, delivered wherever you are.

We count on the partnership of Carriers, being solid companies capable of guaranteeing that your goods will arrive quickly and safely at their destination, at the speed of the internet.

The delivery time starts to be counted from the order posting by our system. The number of days for delivery varies depending on the location. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed within 48 working hours. In case of doubts, please have in hand the number provided by the system at the time of closing your order and contact our call center by phone: +1 (561) 674-3225

NOTE: The deliveries, in principle, are made by the Post Office, generating a tracking code. At the post office, some zip codes may have delivery restrictions, due to the distribution area being subject to a different term. In some cases, the merchandise may be made available at an agency awaiting withdrawal.

Non-receipt of the order: if your delivery has not been made within the maximum stipulated period, please contact transitionbookstore@gmail.com or through our call center. This contact must be made no later than 25 days after the date of purchase.

Change of address after the order is shipped: If the customer wants to change the delivery address after the order is already with the carrier, a fee will be charged to make the change.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers is part of Transition Bookstore’s mission.

In order for your rights to be respected, we have created an Exchange and Return Policy, based on the Consumer Protection Code, demonstrating that the relationship between Honma Tokyo and you is based on trust. All your requests must be made directly to our Transition Bookstore call center.

 

If you notice any of the situations below, refuse to receive the product and contact us:

- Product damaged in transport.

- Violated packaging.

- Missing accessories or items.

- Product in disagreement with the order.

Products sent as gifts can only be exchanged under the following conditions:

- Damaged gift.

- Defective gift.

Returns and Refunds

The deadline for canceling or returning the purchase is 07 (seven) consecutive days from receiving the product.

The product must be in the original packaging, without signs of use, without violating the original seal (if it has one), accompanied by your invoice, manual and all the accessories you have.

Defective Product

If you detect the damage at the time of delivery, refuse to receive the product, make a short note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining the refusal and immediately notify Transition Bookstore.

If you detect the damage after receipt, immediately report it to our call center and the following conditions must be respected:

The deadline for contacting our Call Center is 07 (seven) calendar days from receiving the product.

Products should preferably be returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice, manual and accessories, if any.

 

Product in disagreement with the order

If you receive any product in disagreement with your order, you must refuse delivery, make a short note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining the refusal, and contact our call center immediately.

 

If you discover the discrepancy after receiving, please contact our call center. The following rules must be respected:

For products purchased on promotion, if exchange and / or return is required, the amount considered will be the one paid for the product and not its original value.

 

Money Refund

If the product meets the above requirements, the refund of the amount paid will be according to the payment options below:

Credit card: your card administrator will be asked to cancel the debit and send a protocol for monitoring the client (within 7 business days). We remind you that this procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator.

However, due to the security rules of credit card operators, only the cardholder will be able to contact you to monitor the cancellation process.

The deposit will only be made to the bank account of the current account holder, it must be the same person who made the purchase in the online store.

If you do not have a bank account, contact our call center and you will be guided on how to proceed.
